How we handle personal data submitted through this website, and the rights available to you.
1. Who we are
ServiBrain Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("ServiBrain", "we", "us") operates the website at servibrain.com. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this website.

2. What we collect
This website collects very little, and only what you choose to send us.
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, and the description of your requirement. Company name and telephone number are optional fields; provide them only if you wish to.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard technical information for each request, including IP address, browser user-agent, the page requested and a timestamp. This is used to operate and secure the site.
What we do not collect
This website carries no analytics, no advertising and no tracking pixels. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry. We process the details you submit in order to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. This is done at your request and with your consent, given when you submit the form.
- To operate and secure the website. Server logs are processed for reliability, diagnostics and protection against abuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure service.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies. The site sets an anti-forgery token cookie to protect the enquiry form against cross-site request forgery, and a short-lived cookie that carries the confirmation message after the form is submitted. Neither is used for analytics or advertising, and both can be cleared through your browser at any time.
Our network provider, Cloudflare, may set essential cookies for security and traffic management. Because we set no analytics or marketing cookies, this site does not display a cookie consent banner.
5. Who else is involved
We keep the chain short. Personal data submitted through this site may be handled by:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting. Data is stored on servers in the AWS Asia Pacific (Mumbai) region, in India.
- Cloudflare — DNS, TLS termination, content delivery and protection against attack.
We may also disclose information where required to do so by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. Where your data is held
Enquiries are stored on our infrastructure in India. Traffic to the site passes through Cloudflare's global network, which may route requests through servers outside India as part of delivering and securing the site.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries — retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up an earlier conversation. Deleted sooner on request.
- Server logs — retained for a short operational period, ordinarily no longer than 30 days.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to stored enquiries is restricted to the small number of people who need it in order to reply to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise — please do not send confidential material, credentials or payment details through the enquiry form.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:
- confirm what personal data of yours we hold, and provide a copy of it;
- correct or complete anything that is inaccurate;
- erase your personal data where we no longer need it;
- withdraw consent, which you may do at any time — this does not affect processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period, and ordinarily within 30 days.

11. Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
