Landing zones and foundations
Accounts and subscriptions, networking, identity, policy and cost guardrails — set up once, properly, before workloads start arriving.
Cloud Solutions
Azure, AWS and Google Cloud — architected, built as code, and handed over with the runbooks, so the platform is never dependent on the people who built it.
Overview
A cloud platform is only as good as the day it has a bad afternoon. We build for that day: environments defined in code and rebuildable from scratch, deployments that do not need a person holding the wheel, alerting that pages on symptoms rather than noise, and a restore procedure that has actually been run.
Cost is treated as a design constraint from the start. Every environment gets a baseline, and the levers that move it are documented — because the common cloud failure is not an outage, it is a bill that grows faster than the business behind it.
What we build it with
Capabilities
Accounts and subscriptions, networking, identity, policy and cost guardrails — set up once, properly, before workloads start arriving.
Container platforms where the workload justifies them, and the simpler managed alternatives where it does not. Complexity has to earn its place.
Pipelines that build, test, scan and deploy on merge, with environment promotion and a rollback that has been rehearsed.
Service objectives, alerting tied to user-visible symptoms, and a cost model per environment that makes the trade-offs explicit.
Typical engagements
An estate still running on servers somebody has to look after, and a need to get the foundations right before the first workload lands.
Resources created by several teams over several years, with no consistent identity model, network design or cost ownership.
Spend that has become hard to explain, where the answer is usually architecture rather than a discount negotiation.
Our Process
Each stage concludes with a defined deliverable that you retain, so there is no obligation to commission the next one.
A complimentary 45-minute conversation to understand the requirement and establish whether we are the right fit.
One to two weeks, fixed fee. Architecture, scope and a costed delivery plan, which remains yours whether or not we proceed.
A defined initial increment, deployed to your environment so the engagement can be assessed on delivered software.
Two-week sprints with live demonstrations and continuous deployment to your environment.
We continue to operate the platform, or we train your team and complete a documented handover.
