Enterprise Automation

Automating the work that needs no judgement

Robotic process automation, workflow automation and internal AI assistants — applied to processes that are measured first and automated second.

Overview

Enterprise Automation

Automation fails most often when it encodes a broken process in software, making it faster and permanent at the same time. So we measure first: volumes, timings, error rates and the exceptions people quietly handle. Sometimes the honest recommendation is to fix the process and automate far less of it, and we will say so.

What we build is inspectable. Every automated action leaves an audit trail, exceptions route to a queue with a person behind it, and the hours returned are measured against the baseline we took at the start — not asserted in a slide.

Capabilities

What this covers

Robotic process automation

Automation of systems that offer no API, driven the way a person drives them, but with logging, retries and a defined failure path.

Workflow automation

Approvals, handoffs and exceptions orchestrated as explicit state you can inspect, resume and report on.

Document and data processing

Extraction, validation and routing of invoices, forms and statements, with confidence thresholds deciding what a person still sees.

Internal AI assistants

Assistants that answer from your own systems and respect the permissions of the person asking, rather than a general chatbot bolted to the side.

Typical engagements

When organisations call us about this

Rekeying between two systems

People moving the same data between applications daily, where the cost is not only the time but the errors nobody catches.

An approval chain that runs on email

A process with no state anybody can query, where the honest answer to "where is it?" is that someone has to go and look.

A back office that scales only by hiring

Volume growth met by headcount growth, with the same three steps consuming most of every day.

Our Process

A staged engagement you can pause at any point

Each stage concludes with a defined deliverable that you retain, so there is no obligation to commission the next one.

1 Discovery

A complimentary 45-minute conversation to understand the requirement and establish whether we are the right fit.

2 Blueprint

One to two weeks, fixed fee. Architecture, scope and a costed delivery plan, which remains yours whether or not we proceed.

3 Pilot

A defined initial increment, deployed to your environment so the engagement can be assessed on delivered software.

4 Delivery

Two-week sprints with live demonstrations and continuous deployment to your environment.

5 Support or handover

We continue to operate the platform, or we train your team and complete a documented handover.
